Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

CluttrMarket subscriptions (CluttrBug+ and CluttrPro) are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Within 14 days of purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
  • After 14 days: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days.
  • Accidental purchases: If you were charged by mistake, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund.

2. P2P Transactions

CluttrMarket facilitates direct transactions between buyers and sellers. Payments for items (via PromptPay, bank transfer, cash, or other P2P methods) are made directly between parties.

  • CluttrMarket does not process, hold, or intermediate item payments
  • Refunds for item purchases must be arranged directly between buyer and seller
  • We encourage sellers to clearly state their return/exchange policy in their list description

3. Promoted Listings

Promoted listing fees are non-refundable once the promotion period has started. If a promotion fails to activate due to a technical issue, contact us for a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your subscription, contact us at support@cluttrmarket.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Payment Processor

Subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle Payments Ltd), who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed through Paddle and will appear on your statement from Paddle.
