By accessing or using CluttrMarket, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
CluttrMarket is a platform where CluttrBugs create lists of secondhand items by uploading photos. Our AI generates item descriptions and suggested prices. CluttrBugs share their list links with potential buyers who can browse and claim items.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
- One account per person
4. Seller Responsibilities
- You must only list items you legally own and have the right to sell
- Item photos must accurately represent the items being sold
- You are responsible for setting accurate prices and descriptions
- AI-generated descriptions are suggestions — you must verify accuracy before publishing
- You are responsible for fulfilling sales and arranging pickup with buyers
- Prohibited items: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, and any items illegal under Thai law
5. Buyer Responsibilities
- Payment is arranged directly between buyer and seller via PromptPay or agreed method
- CluttrMarket does not process payments or hold funds
- Buyers must provide valid contact information when claiming items
6. Pricing Tiers
- Free — Up to 10 items (beta), 1 list
- CluttrBug+ ($3.99/month beta, $6.99 after) — Up to 50 items, 3 lists
- CluttrPro ($8.99/month beta, $14.99 after) — Unlimited items and lists
7. Limitation of Liability
CluttrMarket provides a platform for listing and sharing items. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
8. Content & AI Disclaimer
AI-generated descriptions and prices are estimates only. Sellers are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing. CluttrMarket is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
